Clatsop Cares Foundation (CCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, offering a meaningful way to support our aging loved ones and future generations in Clatsop County. Through tax-deductible giving and thoughtful estate planning, our Foundation supports the mission and purpose of Clatsop Care Center Health District (CCCHD), established “by the community, for the community” serving our residents for nearly 50 years!
