As the fundraising arm of the Clatsop Care Health District (CCHD), our Foundation is rooted in a shared belief that exceptional long-term care should always remain close to home.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, CCFoundation offers Clatsop County residents a meaningful way to support their aging loved ones and future generations through tax-deductible giving and thoughtful estate planning.
Our role is both purposeful and strategic. While public resources sustain essential operations and facility needs, philanthropic support allows us to go further.
